This Joelle is made from bright, fuchsia and emerald green velour felt, trimmed with sculpted black and fuchsia felt.

JOELLE''s shallow crown fits all head sizes (it sits higher atops the head - not down to the ear tops) and is held in place by a thin, elastic band (1/16th inch) worn behind the ears to the nape of the neck, under hair.
